52nd Charity Queen Pageantry & Scholarship Award Night, By: Lillian Lagapa Ulgaran

St. Elizabeth Church is once again the setting for these annual OCFCC festivities. It’s marked for Saturday, September 8, 2007. Assembly for all participants will be at 4:30p.m.at the church hall downstairs. The coronation of the Blessed Mother, led by the Royal Court, will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the church. Fr. Michel Dalton, Pastor and Spiritual Director of St. Elizabeth FCC will crown Her Royal Highness, Antonette Horan. The Holy Mass will follow at 6:00 p.m. The Awards ceremonies will be held in the hall immediately after the Mass. Five high school and twelve college students will receive scholarship funds. This annual pageantry is made possible through the kind and unselfish support of all parish Units and friends. Oahu Council of Filipino Catholic Clubs (OCFCC) extend their heartfelt gratitude for this terrific climax. Everybody is invited to the entertainment and light dinner at the church hall.

L.I.G.H.T. - Young Adult Ministry (Living In God's Hope and Trust)
 

The results from our recent questionnaire...We made 1000 questionnaires. We handed out about 500. Only 20 questionnaires came back, some completely filled out!

The Light crew came to the conclusion that most parishioners would rather not share or they don't have any particular view on the matter! So, we decided to make some changes of our own!

Meeting Days & Times

  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd Thursdays of the month; 7pm till pau

  • Every 4th Saturday, from 2-4pm at an off site location for scripture study (fellowship to follow)

Our Direction

We will focus on the readings for the up coming Sunday!
